Very well written and easy to understand even if you are not a medical professional!! Glad someone is trying to help people understand their issues!! Very sad that insurance companies are trying to dictate what MD’s do.

The author has written a clear and concise guide which will benefit both patients and providers. Rather than just a collection of factoids, he has woven his chapters together with humor and sharp insights. He laments the intrusion of technology into collegiality while acknowledging its importance to the practice of medicine. Most importantly, he shares with us the wisdom gained through decades of medical practice in an easily digestible and thoroughly enjoyable book.
